To install AnyDesk please do the following.

Go to  anydesk.com.

Once on the main page, you will see a free download button. Click the link and start the AnyDesk download.

Once the download completes, click on the AnyDesk client you just downloaded.

You will be able to run AnyDesk without actually installing it, but on the side of the client there will be a link that says  Install AnyDesk on this computer.  Go ahead and click on this link. 

Once you click the link, you will be on the installation page. 

Go ahead and click  Accept and Install 

Then run the installer.

Once you are done, you will have successfully installed AnyDesk on to your computer.

If you would like to allow someone remote access to support you, you just need to open up the AnyDesk Client and provide the desk address to them.

On your AnyDesk Client, in the top left corner, there will be a section that says  This Desk, and right underneath of that it will have the address this desk can be accessed with.

Provide the 9 digit address to the tech so they can connect to your computer. 

Once the tech puts in the AnyDesk address a box will show up on your computer to allow them remote access.

Hit Accept, now the tech will have access to your computer to be able to help you remotely.
